This Privacy Policy applies to PayTitan and related services operated by Titan Digital Systems Limited ("Titan", "we", "us" or "our") in Nigeria. For privacy questions, contact privacy@paytitan.ng.

Depending on how you use PayTitan, we may collect:

• Identity and contact details, such as your name, phone number, email address and date of birth.
• Verification information required for compliance, such as BVN, government identification details or verification results.
• Transaction information, including biller, amount, status, reference, device and approximate location or network details.
• Account, support and communications information, including messages you send us.
• Technical information such as device type, operating system, IP address, app version, crash reports and security events.

We use personal data to provide and secure PayTitan, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, communicate service updates, improve our products, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. Where required, we rely on consent; otherwise we process data to perform a service, comply with law, protect our legitimate interests or protect users.

We may share relevant information with billers, banks, payment processors, identity verification providers, technology vendors, professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement or a buyer of our business where legally permitted and necessary. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements. PayTitan is not directed to children. We may process information using providers located outside Nigeria. Where information leaves Nigeria, we take steps required by applicable data protection law to protect it.
