TERMS OF SERVICE

PayTitan is a digital platform that helps users access and manage everyday payment services, including airtime, data, electricity, cable and other supported bills. PayTitan is operated by Titan Digital Systems Limited ("Titan", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in Nigeria.

By downloading, accessing or using the PayTitan app or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or use PayTitan with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian where permitted by law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, device and authentication details secure. Information you provide must be accurate, current and complete.

• Do not share your password, PIN, verification code or security credentials.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a fraudulent transaction.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

Before confirming a transaction, review the recipient, service, amount and any displayed fee. Once submitted, a transaction may not be reversible where it has already been processed by a biller, bank or payment partner. We may refuse, delay or reverse a transaction where required for security, compliance, technical or operational reasons.

Applicable fees will be shown before confirmation where reasonably practicable. If you believe a transaction is incorrect, duplicated or unauthorised, contact support@paytitan.ng promptly with your transaction reference. Refunds and reversals depend on the status of the transaction and the rules of the relevant payment partner.

You must not use PayTitan for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, abuse, unauthorised access, interference with the platform, or any activity that violates the rights of another person. We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached.

PayTitan depends on networks, banks, billers and other service providers. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party products and services may have their own terms, fees and privacy practices.

PayTitan, its content, software, branding and materials belong to Titan or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, third-party failures, network interruptions or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms when our service, law or risk controls change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
